Terms of Service
These terms set the rules for using Towasal's WhatsApp and Instagram automation platform across Bronze, Silver, and Gold plans.

By activating Towasal you authorize us to transmit messages via the Meta Business Platform, sync catalog data, and process payments strictly for your store.
1. Using Towasal
You must be 18+ and have a verified business account with WhatsApp Business Platform or Instagram Direct. You are responsible for the accuracy of catalog data, payment configurations, and teammate access.
- Acceptable use: no spam, prohibited products, or deceptive flows. We can suspend numbers that trigger platform policy violations.
- Account security: safeguard API keys, phone numbers, and verified senders. Notify us immediately if credentials are compromised.
- Human handoff: you must offer a human escalation path for regulated industries (finance, healthcare) when required by law.
2. Plans, billing & taxes
Pricing follows the Bronze (200 convos), Silver (500 convos), and Gold (2000 convos) tiers highlighted on the main page.
- Subscriptions: prepaid monthly or annually. Overage rates apply once included conversations are exhausted.
- Trials: some stores receive a 14-day pilot; usage beyond the pilot converts to a paid tier automatically unless you cancel.
- Taxes & FX: you are responsible for VAT, sales tax, and currency fees charged by your payment provider.
Invoices, receipts, and adjustments are delivered via email and WhatsApp so finance teams stay in the loop.
3. Service commitments & termination
We strive for 99.9% uptime excluding Meta network outages. Roadmap updates are published in advance.
- Suspension: we may pause service for unpaid invoices, security issues, or policy breaches.
- Termination: either party may terminate with 30 days' notice; we will assist with data export during that window.
- Disclaimer: Towasal is provided "as is"; we are not liable for indirect damages or lost profits.
