Refund Policy
We want you to try Towasal with confidence. Here's how refunds and plan changes operate across Bronze, Silver, and Gold tiers.

Most customers start with a guided pilot. If Towasal isn't a fit, we'll help you export data and refund eligible fees.
1. Trials & upgrades
Pilots run for 14 days or 200 conversations (whichever comes first). Upgrades take effect immediately with prorated billing.
2. Refund eligibility
- Bronze: full refund within 14 days if usage stays under 150 conversations.
- Silver: partial refund (50%) within 30 days when automation KPIs were not met despite recommended setup.
- Gold: custom contracts follow the SLA credits outlined in your order form.
3. Requesting a refund
Email billing@towasal.io or use the in-app "Report Issue" shortcut. Include workspace ID, plan, date of charge, and reason.
Approved refunds are processed within 7 business days to the original payment method.
4. Non-refundable scenarios
- Government or carrier fees we pay on your behalf.
- Usage-based overages already consumed.
- Accounts suspended for policy or compliance violations.
