We follow Meta's WhatsApp Business and Instagram Messaging policies, including template approvals, 24-hour session controls, and opt-in tracking.
Campaigns and templates submitted through Towasal are logged with status updates for your auditors.
2. Regulatory alignment
- Privacy: GDPR, CCPA, and GCC PDPL support with data residency options.
- Payments: PCI DSS and KNET guidelines for checkout links described on the landing page.
- Telecom: Sender ID and template registrations in Middle East markets.
3. Audits & documentation
Audit logs, DPIA templates, and risk assessments are available to enterprise customers. We are pursuing SOC 2 Type II with independent auditors.
