Open Positions

- Senior AI/ML Engineer: Build and improve our conversational AI models, work on multilingual NLP, and optimize response quality. Experience with LLMs, RAG, and voice processing preferred.
- Full-Stack Engineer: Develop features across our dashboard, APIs, and integrations. Strong in Python, JavaScript, and modern frameworks. Experience with WhatsApp/Instagram APIs a plus.
- Product Designer: Design experiences that make AI commerce feel intuitive. Portfolio should show work on B2B SaaS, messaging interfaces, or commerce platforms.
- Customer Success Manager: Help merchants succeed with Towasal. Bilingual (English/Arabic) preferred, experience with e-commerce or SaaS onboarding.
- Sales Engineer: Technical sales role for enterprise customers. Deep understanding of APIs, integrations, and ability to demo complex workflows.
- DevOps Engineer: Keep our infrastructure reliable and scalable. Experience with cloud platforms, monitoring, and CI/CD pipelines.
All positions are remote-first with flexible hours. We have team members across the Middle East, Europe, and North America.
